AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

Get a Mailbox [by dk worldwide, inc] and the Affiliate, listed below, agree to the following AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT.

The Basics

Get a Mailbox [by dk worldwide, inc] agrees to provide paying customers with customer service and the hosting products. Get a Mailbox [by dk worldwide, inc] agrees to provide the Affiliate the tools for referring customers interested in email and hosting products (products). Tools will include, but not be limited to, specialized/customized HTML web pages and graphics. Affiliate will store these pages on their site to serve as part of their offerings for their visitors. Affiliate will not change prices, details, or specifications of the Get a Mailbox [by dk worldwide, inc] hosting products. Affiliate may create additional marketing to help generate referrals for the Get a Mailbox [by dk worldwide, inc] hosting products. Affiliate may not sell competing products. There is no cost to join the program.

Compensation

For every new customer referred by Affliate, who signs up for a hosting product, Affiliate's compensation will be on the following schedule:

Referred Customers	Compensation
Customers 1 - 3	$3/each
Customers 4 - 9	$5/each
Customers 10+	$7/each
Yearly Renewal of Affiliate Customer	$1/each

Affiliate will designate an email address as the official method of communication. This email address will receive messages about the general Affiliate Program, New Customer sign up notification, and Affiliate payment notifications. Get a Mailbox [by dk worldwide, inc] uses PayPal as the official secure payment management system for Customers and Affiliates. Payments will be made at month end, each time Affiliate reaches $40 or more.

Any form of misconduct as determined by Get a Mailbox [by dk worldwide, inc] will result in Affiliate being immediately removed from program. Get a Mailbox [by dk worldwide, inc] reserves the right to modify agreement with 30 days notification to Affiliate.
